My question is about when the rings return to the power plant. If a figure assigned a ring, does not get an action token, and only takes free actions, they will never clear, so the ring would not return.....is that correct?



Ring Selection - At the beginning of your turn, you may choose a Ring, remove it from the Power Plant and place it on a friendly character's card. That character can use that Ring's effects as if it were a relic. When that character clears, return any Rings on its character card onto the Power Plant.

Correct, the same would go if you kept giving them actions and they don't clear. Such as with Colossal Stamina
