EXPLOIT WEAKNESS vs.FI Ironman's MIGHTY ARMOR...Does it bypass it or will the armor nerf it???

MIGHTY ARMOR: Iron Man can use Impervious but reduces damage to zero on a result of 4-6. When Iron Man is targeted with Penetrating/Psychic Blast damage to him is not penetrating. This power can't be countered.

Exploit Weakness is not Penetrating/Psychic Blast, so it will work normally.
