No it does not. If a character has both Invincible and a damage reducer at the same time, you would have to choose which gets used when the character is dealt damage.

If multiple game effects would allow a character to reduce or ignore damage dealt, only one game effect can activate, to be decided by the character’s controlling player.

The only time that Invincible can be combo with anything else would be if it was a map effect such as from "Fallen Asgard"

Yggdrasil/ The World Tree Orange squares are hindering terrain. When damage would be dealt to a character occupying these squares, ignore 1 of that damage. Ignoring damage in this way does not prevent the damage from being reduced or ignored by another game effect.
