How or why does mind control allow a character under it to be able to charge , running shot, ...ect? The character is allowed one action whether it is a power, range, close, move, or free right? After the first action is resolved the character is no longer part of your force.

As you said, after the first action is resolved, it ceases to be friendly to you, but the action isn't resolved until all the effects it creates are also resolved. So when your MC victim charges, when the free action from Charge is assigned, it is still friendly.
