Legion Lost and UB

If I was to give Validus the Legion Lost ATA to give him the batman ally team ability, would I then be able to use the batman cowl from the UB to make it lines can't be drawn to him?

No, the cowl requires they possess the Batman Team Symbol. The ATA only allows use of the Team Ability.
