So as I was bored and was looking at all of the various info on the Battle of Wolf 359 and I came across info about Wolf 359 itself.
I never knew that it is actually a real star. Evidently, it's one of the closest stars to our solar system which has caused it to actually be mentioned in several works of fiction due to its proximity.
It is in the Leo constellation which is viewable rightnow, evidently. Looks like Tim's going to have some work ahead of him because I want to play the Battle of Wolf 359 on a mat that actually HAS Wolf 359 on it!!!
Star Trek has a lot of legit, or at least partially legit, science in it. Breaking Bad fans and physicists should appreciate the "Hesienberg Compensator" needed to make the transporters viable.
