So with Drax's THERE WAS NOBODY IN IT I WANTED TO SEE power saying "Drax the Destroyer can use Regeneration and, if he has one or more action tokens, he can use it as a free action" would you be able to use Regen once as an action, token him, and then immediately again as a free action?

Rules Questions should be asked in the Rules Forum, not the Units Section. The Rules Forum is there for a reason :)
But yes that is 100% legal.
As for the figure! Holly Crap on a Cracker he is perfect! Seriously, this is just the Perfect Drax from top to bottom. Amazing return on your investment!

Total monster only kept in check with poor movement options. With no indom and no way to ignore terrain without outside assistance, he can definitely be out maneuvered, but you're gonna have people twice his cost running from him. I usually don't like battle fury top dial on someone I'd usually carry into a fight, but it fits the character and I think he'd be broken if you could airlift him in.

yeah, because one renegeration is a non-free action
it's a strong piece, aleast can be KO using pulse wave to avoid those clics
Seriously? Wait...SERIOUSLY? This WOULDVE been the perfect Drax dial IF the designers had given him the 'Infinity Watch' keyword. I don't give a rats patute if he's based on the guardians/movie version. The Infinity watch was his first team and the keyword could've used this drax.

But this Drax is nothing like the powerhouse Drax from infinity watch. They are essentially different characters, at least in terms of character dials and sculpts. While he is very passable for a comic accurate post Drax miniseries/revamp, he is in no way fitting of the Infinity Watch keyword. Still, it would give some nice options for infinity watch keywords, but they are making a power gem/IW era drax in the GotG comic grav feed, and he's pretty narsty.
As a figure/playability, 5 stars. I'm not sure about accuracy, bc I haven't seen the movie, but a comic drax should always start with at least invuln.
That said, I'm totes gonna use him on all my guardians teams, I just imagine him diving into the annihilation hordes slaughtering thousands of drones.

It may interest some to know that his Toughness power is named, on his card, as "I Saw A Bright Light..." Thus the name of his second defense power, "There Was Nobody In It I Wanted To See" is referring to the afterlife, rather than being meta-humor about the GotG Movie.
I'm probably the only person who even momentarily wondered about that, but we're just coming off a Deadpool set and the GotG are relatively low on name-recognition compared to the Avengers... I stand by it.

You're not, I was glad to see that explained also. I had concocted a scenario where he destroyed a theater.

This Drax is based on the current comic one, who is actually a reincarnation of the Infinity Watch (as big as the Hulk) Drax. So him NOT having the Infinity Watch keyword would make sense since this particular Drax was never, technically, a member of the Infinity Watch, the older version of him was.

I know about everything you just said. I follow the exploits of ANY incarnation of Drax,Gammora, pip, Warlock and Moon Dragon.
However theres a bit of inconsistency in the way figures are designed. The Galactic Guardians Drax (which is based on THIS same version) was given the infinity watch keyword. In fact so was moondragon and warlock from the same set and they are no longer watch members. This prevents Drax from utilizing the Infinity Watch AtA and it also suggest that they are just killing the keyword all together.
You call it "reincarnated" and I call it "summoned by Chronos once again" Which is a tad bit more accurate. He is still Arthur Douglas...he is still the same character.

They are about to release infinity watch drax and gamora in the GOtG comic grav feed. They aren't killing the keyword. Also, no moondragons have the GotG keyword, yet.
