An amusing idea, play with any Power Battery and IIM022 Scarecrow. Spawn Murder of Crows, plant Catapult on it, TK. Push Crow to death on the following turn, create another Crow, plant Catapult, and repeat. Disposable TK on demand, even potential for a TK yo-yo.

Any number of token spawners can do the same trick (from CA056 Squirrel Girl to JLSG005 Darkseid and many in between), just pick the point level and desired keyword.

Yes. A characters range value has nothing to do with the effect of TK.
