This piece is definitely a must have for me for wave two. I'm gonna try to get three of them and put them on a team together for a 400 point team. Any ideas for what I should fill in for the extra 91 points?
quick question. let's say you're fielding him, an ice, and guy gardner from SoG (the one with the bazooka). this one's trait says, "when a friendly character named ice is adjacent to guy gardner"... the guy from SoG has the same name on his dial (obviously the same character duh) would he ALSO get the benefit of this trait? simply because the wording is kinda broad. it doesn't say "when friendly adjacent characters are named ice, they both..." or "if a friendly character named ice is adjacent..." something like that. it generically says his name. what do you think guys? do you see what i'm asking?

If you're asking if SoG Guy gets the +1 to his defense from this Guy's trait, that'd be a no. The wording isn't broad, its very specific. The use of a figures name in its own power is self-referential, otherwise it would say "characters named".
UNLIKELY COUPLE: When a friendly character named Guy Gardner is adjacent to Ice they both modify their attack values by +1 if not already modified by this effect.
The wording's not as broad as you remember. The power states that they "both" modify their attack, and that's never going to mean more than two characters. She also can't double-dip because she can't be modified this way twice.
EDIT: Ninja'd!
