I understand that leap/climb allows a character to ignore (for movement purposes) hindering, elevated, and outdoor blocking terrain. The question I have is concerning the ability that has a double-circle with an arrow dissecting it that states: May move through squares adjacent to or occupied by opposing characters, but still needs to break away normally.
Does this mean that you can move past opposing characters as long as you don't end your move adjacent to them? Or does it mean if you're moving and become adjacent to them you have to stop moving, and the next turn you make break away with a +2 to your roll?
I noticed that this ability is similar to Flight in that it ignores moving through elevated, hindering, outdoor blocking, and the double-circle with an arrow through it. So it would make sense to me that that you can leap "over" opponents, just as you can fly over them, but if you land next to them you must engage them in combat and roll to break away to leap away from them.
Can anybody clarify this please? Sorry if it's been answered before, but I'm not finding it in the forums.
