New player here. I'm curious as to whether enhancement bonuses stack. For example if I make a ranged combat attack and have two DP 020Weasel adjacent to the attacker would both Weasel get to use their enhancement abilities?

Yes, you would get the benefit of both enhancements.

It does stack to the maximum of the rule of 3. The same goes for Empower.

It does indeed stack. Just remember the Rule of 3. After ALL modifiers have been applied, if the final result is more than +3 or less than -3, it becomes +/-3 instead.
