Liking the Speed Force trait and the way Flash Facts works, even though I wish the dial were a tad-more push friendly if we must have a 130 points version of Barry with Willpower mid-late dial. Time for some Flash Facts!

Darn, seems like a missed opportunity for a good 300 point theme team. Allow me to switch my recommendation from WOL scenario pack GL to 150 point SLOSH Orion with a barebones power battery.

A bit pricey when compared to other HSS-based options for under 150 points (GF Captain Marvel, JLSG Superman, etc.), but certainly the most unique version of Flash, thus far. I'm a bit bothered that Flash has become progressively more expensive point-wise with each new set, but doesn't really do much more than previous versions.

He won't be able to ignore Plasticity or hindering terrain on movement, so keep that in mind. Hopefully, Speedster gets an ATA that grants enhanced movement options (blocking, characters, etc.).

I like how they made it so he can outrun WXM Quicksilver since his speed boost is baed on the printed speed, and not the current speed.

Still good though with him, replace his attack and speed and you still get 13 attack and 17 speed since you replace then modify.

... Flash Fact has it all wrong. Enhancement? Empowerment?

Barry's a fripping CSI with enough actual cop to him that it should be Perplex for 2, PC for 3 and Outwit for 4. assuming he shouldn't just have access to perplex or outwit otherwise in the FIRST place. Compared to Bizarro Flash, Barry here is just feh.

He is not noticeable faster than the recent Marvel speedsters, who have powers that sound far more like Flash than Whizzer

Flash is THE fastest. There is even a Marvel story with The Runner with a power gem where Marvel had a blonde speedster race him and was able to win. The competitor could not remember his name but felt it was something like "buried alien" (for the slightly thick, Barry Allan)

all the sadness over this click is funny. quicksilver is still faster by 1. despite the perceived lack of accuracy, I think it's a great dial if you can hit and deal damage. precision strike will end him though

I'll add to your under 150 pointer list the most glaringly obvious member, the one every Flash ever made or likely to be made hates with green envy: Speed Demon. I love the Flash, especially Barry, but unless I'm playing a theme team, if I just want a straight up Speedster, I'm picking Speed Demon.

That said, this is a good dial, and it's different enough that it'll bring real variety to Speedster options. That 18 Defend top dial is pretty sweet. And I do love the idea of Flash facts. No doubt he'll see enough play time on my thematic/Justice League teams.

Yep, just like Hulk is strongest, the Flash is fastest. Just wish we'd see a fantastic Flash dial to at least rival (preferably beat) Speed Demon and Whizzer.
