I like this idea, best thing about it is you don't even need the emotional spectrum power,in case you want to use a wall or sniper rifle and don't have it in red.
To get the Giant Reach you need everything to be Red.

How is this a win over the FF version when he can't even fly. One of the main functions of a power ring. This Atrocious is a bust for that one reason!!! Also Red lantern Hal can't fly either, I really hope the movement symbol was a misprint!!!!
I found that Dexstarr makes a great taxi for Atrocious and its canon!
I want a new Beta Ray Bill sculpt already!!!! <-- Thanks WizKids
just checking, but does his rage building power give all the red lanterns with poison double penetrating poison? Or do they have to choose between double poison or penetrating poison?
"I remember you said to me once, you said... 'if death ever comes your way and won't let you pass... make sure you scream right back in his face"
There is a lot left to be desired with this piece, flying, range, defense values, overpriced, and more. However, this guy is an all star on red lantern corps team, just push him to his second click and draw the Aggro off of him with cats! Dealing 6+ damage penetrating at the beginning of every turn is monstrous. The piece itself is very meh, but his double poison makes this piece shine
I was short handing "unless he has the red spectrum power". it was late... or something...
Because the spectrum power is Giant's Reach and not the Giant damage symbol, he would not be able to carry Atrocitus because he would still be a tiny character, attempting to carry a starburst.
I can't think of a mechanic that would allow Dex-Starr to keep his flight, and ignore his Tiny symbol.
