To get the Giant Reach you need everything to be Red.

I'm saying the giant reach is a bonus, but not needed, not with 3 peanut base doggies with pen poison clogging up the map anyhow.

The Giant Reach only helps the dogs a little bit.
But it helps Atrocitus quite a bit.

Especially if he wants to punch somebody but not be adjacent to them.
(maybe they have their own Penetrating Poison, etc)

I found that Dexstarr makes a great taxi for Atrocious and its canon!

just checking, but does his rage building power give all the red lanterns with poison double penetrating poison? Or do they have to choose between double poison or penetrating poison?

It's 2 penetrating. It also makes his own Poison 2, which is awesome.

It also makes people possessed by the butcher who have poison do double poison.

Except Dex-Starr is tiny-sized and can't carry Atrocitus.

I was short handing "unless he has the red spectrum power". it was late... or something...

There is a lot left to be desired with this piece, flying, range, defense values, overpriced, and more. However, this guy is an all star on red lantern corps team, just push him to his second click and draw the Aggro off of him with cats! Dealing 6+ damage penetrating at the beginning of every turn is monstrous. The piece itself is very meh, but his double poison makes this piece shine

Should have a rules change to grant him the flight ability.

Because the spectrum power is Giant's Reach and not the Giant damage symbol, he would not be able to carry Atrocitus because he would still be a tiny character, attempting to carry a starburst.

I can't think of a mechanic that would allow Dex-Starr to keep his flight, and ignore his Tiny symbol.

Yep, I was sad, when I realize the tiny damage symbol prevented him from being a legal taxi.
