Green Lanterns and construct

With the WOL green lantern characters that can have a construct attached by paying the cost is there anything that says it has to be a green construct?

nope, no restriction.

so you can run Kyle with a black wall and have him be assigned constructs from a red battery - all "legal".

They are right. I don't believe there is currently any figure that specifies the color that the construct has to be, just that it be a construct.

.... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
