Obviously we're assuming it's a golden age game, and of course it's not a feat like Fortitude which requires specifically, but one which just requires a general power, like Brilliant Tactician or Automatic Regeneration. I can say with 100% certainty that of course the solo adventurers don't get the benefits of any feat, and I know they (team bases) can't have resources, and in fact I even talked with a judge of sorts recently and vaguely touched on whether team bases can have feats, and it seemed to lean towards yes, but the conversation was fleeting, and I just want to confirm or deny it now.

I've been reading the rules and the team base is a character, so unless specified otherwise by the build I don't see why team bases couldn't be assigned feats, but I figure it's an odd enough interaction that it's worth asking about.

Unless it has changed in the last month, or two, then it's totally legal to assaign feats to Team Bases.

As WK is no longer supporting feats, battlefield conditions, etc you can probably expect this to not change.
