Any old construct? Can't be done. Only characters with the Construct trait can be assigned constructs in this way and none of them possess .

Constructs as part of a Power Battery? Sure, same as any other character on the force.


Perhaps you were wondering if characters can use resources? Is that what you were getting at? If so, sure, unless the specific character in question has a trait or other specific wording that specifically prohibits the use of resources.
