Does Blue 4 have Line of fire to Red 4.

This is an indoor map. What's throwing me is the Blocking and Elevated intersection at G3/H4. I go back and forth.

No. The "path of least resistance" between blocking and elevated is blocked.

Nah, red 2 has nothing to do with it. It's elevated on one side, blocking on the other. The line off fire crosses that intersection and regardless of which one is least restrictive, they both block lof.
