I'm on my phone so I can't copy and paste. Under yugioh rules, when you rebirth can the character be given an action? I didnot see anything.

Thank you I didn't see anything either. Also wizkids said that they will not answer the question because yugioh scenario rules aren't pemitted in wizkids events. I don't understand that because there are like 20 questions about them on their forums.

They answered one of my scenario rules questions, but haven't answered anymore after that.
As far as I can tell also, its a new character so it could be given an action.

That's what I was thinking as well. Plus there is nothing I can find that says otherwise. It just came up in a tournament and I was out ruled under the rule called "assumption" that I also can't find in the rules.
