That 8 attack looks a little sickly on a 4 click/85 point dial.
Dials just keep getting shorter and shorter.
He could almost one hit KO himself.
(he could with a Critical Hit)

That last click is similar to the first click of the old Cyborg rookie. Maybe it's just an homage to it.

To be fair, he also has RCE there. I think the 8 attack was to stack with Pulse Wave and make it like a "last resort" "cornered tiger" type thing. With the RCE, it's fine.
