You have nothing more than an assumption on your part.

They didn't publish any change with the preview. If they publish something later, there is no information at all saying that was not in existence previously.

There is no logical way to draw your conclusion from the information we have.

If they are planning on making a big announcement on release day, that certainly would be the response.
