very nice fig but on my dial there is no white damage power on the first clix, incap on clix 5 and no cce at all on the dial. an update on correct dial power layout would be much appreciated.
Phantom of the Opera can use Outwit, but may target an opposing character within 5 squares.
Not sure if the purpose of that qualifier is to say that his OW range is one less than his attack range, or if he can target an opposing character within five squares regardless of LoF?
He can use his Special Def Power due to the Iron Maiden Keyword.
Keywords have nothing to do with it, the power says a name, not "characters with the Iron Maiden keyword."
That said, the character card on the heroclix.com website has the correct wording (saying Phantom of the Opera rather than Iron Maiden), so this appears to an issue only with the units section here.

No he does require LOF.
Look at the wording: "phantom can use outwit, but can only target characters within 5 squares. "
The first line confirms he must obey normal outwit rules. The only 'special' part of his outwit (besides the non-free action portion) is HIS outwit range is restricted to 5 squares. Pretty cut and dry.
This guy really can shut down all of those indomitable monsters. For only 75 points! I just used him against the modern star girl and he decimated the team. His 'dead eddie' regen special really helps him stay in the game. He eventually died...but not before pulsewaving a few times and Ko'ing several characters with a higher point value. I really think these characters once had higher point values but we're then lowered before the sets release out of fear that they were obsolete by then. They were wrong....
He should have Two Target Bolts but only one is shown.
It's ridiculous how good this figure is. He can double incap two characters then outwit one of them preventing any non free action during their turn....All for a mere 75 points.
