Radagast can give her a move action as a free action, and since she moved, she would be able to make her free close combat attack, and since she didn't take a token for the move action, she would be able to use the Exploit Weakness. Right?

Sounds legit.

Just keep in mind, that if you then give her an action to attack again, it will be subject to the damage depletion modifier.

edit: although, I guess if she's using BCF, then that doesn't matter a whole lot. :P
