It reminds me of the Giant Size X-Men super rare Mags, but more balanced. He may be easier to hit, but I'll wave that for a solid 150 points that I KNOW will do some damage on the field. This is a must have.
Awesome on every level. Removable scrap metal objects! So much versatility with the ability to grant the X-Men keyword, to everything from Colossals to Team Bases to Vehicles.
Creator of the X-Men. No X-Men TA. I can understand them not wanting to give him the regular X-Men TA, but something like Ultimate X-Men as an "alt reality" X team ability would have been cool.
Can anyone say Balls of Steel?!!! Pulled this guy in a pre-release, and was not disappointed. Just a thought, but why not pair him with balls of fury? He will grant him the X-Men keyword, carry him around, can TK him and has leadership! Match made in heaven if you ask me.
The Trait states that he may make object attacks as if holding heavy objects. Therefore, I'd say it would follow those rules:
Objects In Ranged Attacks
A character carrying an object can throw it at a single opposing character; a character holding an object does not have to attack with the object when given a ranged combat action. To throw an object, give the character a ranged combat action, even if its range value is 0. Regardless of the attacker’s range, light objects can be thrown 8 squares; heavy objects, 6 squares. Regardless of the attacker’s Damage Value, a successful ranged combat attack with a light object deals 2 damage; with a heavy object, 3 damage.
Really going to enjoy that scrap object ability, and its a good ability to describe what he did in the books against Apocalypse. Here is hoping I pull him in my case.

The most recent object rules state that it's 4 for heavy, 6 for light, and 8 for Ultralight.
Can object attacks be close or ranged? I couldn't find the term "object attack" in the rules, just how objects affect close combat attacks and how they can be used in ranged combat attacks. Regardless, sick fig.
The fact that he doesn't start with the metal scraps takes some of the shine off but he's still a pretty powerful figure, in my opinion. Especially after you've improved his 10 attack.
