TEEKL THE DRAGGA-CAT: Teekl begins the game attached to Klarion the Witch-Boy. When Teekl is attached, Kalrion the Witch-Boy can use Super Senses. Give Klarion the Witch-Boy a free action and either place an attached Teekl adjacent or attach an adjacent friendly Teekl.
If Teekl is on the board, can Klarion take a free action, attach Teekl, move with Phasing/Teleport, then free action again to remove Teekl? Allowing Teekl to charge.
If yes, do any tokens Teekl previously had remain with him, or disappear when he attaches back to Klarion. Thanks!
No. You cannot activate the same game effect twice in a turn with free actions. And as written I'd say that the attachment and removal of Teekl is the same game effect.
Mirandir is correct. When an action is written as "Free Action: do X or Y", both are considered to be part of the same effect. Therefore, it cannot be activated twice in a turn.
The placing and attaching of Teekl is clear to me; however, the other part of the question is still a bit puzzling. Let's say that Teekl began the turn on the map (not attached) and then proceeds to make an attack (or move or any action that gives him an action token) while adjacent to Klarion; then, Klarion takes a free action to attach Teekl back. What happens with the action token??? Does it disappear??? If so, during the following turn, could Klarion place Teekl on the map without an action token so he could take another action???

[C]A character off the map can’t be assigned action tokens, but will receive any applicable action tokens for the effect used to remove it from the map and retains any action tokens it was assigned before being removed. A character assigned a second action token will still push and be dealt pushing damage normally (and may prevent pushing damage if it has an effect that allows it to). Any assigned action tokens will clear as normal if the character's turn ends without the character being given an action token.
