No, nevermind - you only count them for purposes of number of members on the force for the themed team (map roll as modified by the text on the card - not one per member, and for uses of TTPC if not being used as PC by the base).

Probably not until the Skrull is detached/deployed, yes?

To use a wild card TA, there must be a friendly character on the map that possesses a TA for the wild card to copy.

So unless you're getting Skrull TA some other way, yes, you need Super Skrull to go on a Solo Adventure.
