Ok, according to WIN you can have figures on your sideline on a higher starting line than any figure on your force if using the Round Table. My Question then becomes can you call in those figures if you all figures on your force is at a lower point value?? Example, you have superman ID card on the RT and KC Supes as your sideline fig associated with that card could you use Ultron Drone to call in KC Supes via the RT??
I CAN HELP RIGHT NOW: You may use any attached ID Card's Call In Help ability.

No. You may choose a starting line for an ID Character that is a higher point value than any character on your starting force.

They can not be summoned using "Call In Help," but they can be summoned with "Avengers Assemble/The World Needs Us."
AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!: At the beginning of your turn, give any number of friendly characters power actions. For each one given, remove an ID card attached to this resource and place its ID Character adjacent to the character given the action. This game, that character is no longer an ID character, can't ignore pushing damage and returns to your sideline when it takes damage.
The character that calls them in still has to be equal or higher points than the ID character.

That's what I figured but the round Table seems to make some exceptions to standard rules and couldn't find any definitive answers to my question on WIN....Thanks
