Just to check since I think I may be running up against one soon, how does Thanos' Teleport My Greatest Enemies power work when there are multiple figures with the highest point values? For example:

Hypothetical A: The team opposing Thanos has 3 figures costing 125 points and the rest of the team is under 125.
Hypothetical B: The team opposing Thanos has 1 figure costing 150 points, 2 figures costing 100 points each, and the rest are under 100.

I'm inclined to think that in both hypotheticals Thanos' power won't work, as it calls for the 2 highest point value and there's more than 2 that qualify. Would I be right or wrong on this?

You would be right.

This is the way it works in HeroClix.

Since the power refers to target characters that meet a certain condition of highest point value, the characters must be of a higher point value then all other characters.

So in both scenarios you presented Thanos may not use the effect.
