Can you use PC to reroll any roll such as Super senses and bcf?

Sometimes.

You can use it to reroll your rolls on your turn, and your opponent's rolls on their turn. So generally you could use it to reroll b/c/f rolls, but not super senses, because super senses is usually your roll on your opponent's turn.

But if your character was hit by an attack on your own turn (energy explosion being the most common way that would happen) that super senses roll would be your roll on your turn, so it could be rerolled with probability control.
