I know this says you can carry based on size and not subtract the 2 based on size

Specifically the chart says:But the actual printed chart in the rule book only says...

So, do you go with what is printed? If so, does this mean you can't carry tiny fliers, duos, etc because you no longer ignore those aspects of carry? And can you carry two figures? One with natural carry from flight and one with carry based on size?

From the E&C:

[C]A character that gains the Carry ability through a special power or ability or from possessing a specific symbol such as , , , or , may Carry an additional character of the same size or smaller than itself (following all other normal Carry rules) in addition to using its innate carry ability to carry a character smaller than itself (regardless of its Speed symbols).

[C]When a character uses its innate carry ability to carry a smaller character, it ignores that characters combat symbols and does not modify its speed value when carrying that character. It follows all other Carry rules normally.
