Hide Immune To Mortal Weapons: Nemean Lion ignores damage from ranged combat attacks, and cannot be the target of close attacks using Blades/Claws/Fangs, Close Combat Expert, or Exploit Weakness. This trait cannot be ignored.
The Lion's Skin: When Nemean Lion is KO'd, place a Special Marker in the square it occupied. A character occupying that square may take a power action to place a "Nemean Lion Skin" on their character card. That character may roll 1 D6 when they are the target of an attack, and may ignore damage from that attack on a 5-6.

Excellent! I'm really liking this dial. I like that there's unintentionally a theme going on now where the monsters so far are dropping objects to be picked up. (See Medusa post). The only thing I'd change about the Nemean Lion is that, for its points, I'd buff up the stats on its first click by 1 (except for damage). I'd keep all the rest though.

I was reluctant to make him "too" powerful stat wise because he's completely immune to ranged attacks, even Pulse Wave. Then again he gave Heracles a rough fight...not sure, it's a toss-up to me.
I welcome feedback! Also, as DK pointed out to me, Soaring isn't a thing anymore, but dammit, I'm taking it back because it works really well.
A standard transportation figure with a bit of sideline helpfulness. Not a heroic fighter, but a decent support piece...
This is absolutely amazing!!!! I love this piece. How did you make the card? If the whole set could be carded like this I think I'd just melt. The soaring ability is so fitting and I like how simple he is. He flies. He transports. That's what he does.
This is something a few of us do around here. I use an Illustrator based template (which is mostly accurate) and another gentleman uses a Photoshop based one. It takes a little time to put one together, but I've been doing it for a while now for various design contests.
I don't mind doing a few cards here and there but you started quite a set list :P Pick some choice ones maybe from each set, also assume I'll be doing more than just Icarus
This design is fantastic. He seems exactly as much of a tank as he should be.
According to Wikipedia: "In Homer's Iliad Diomedes is regarded alongside Ajax as one of the best warriors of all the Achaeans (behind only Achilles in prowess)."
This means, for future consistency in this set, that the only mortal that should be harder to kill (and perhaps have a higher defense) in clix should be Achilles.
I'm also really liking the Keyword ability you created. I will add that to the top of the thread so others may use it.

Turn Men to Stone: Give Medusa a Power Action. If there is more than one opposing character on the map, give Medusa a combat action against a character 100 or less points. If Medusa would deal 3 or more damage, give the target up to 2 Stone Tokens. The hit target cannot be given actions. Although a Gorgon, still Mortal: When Medusa takes damage, have the opposing player roll 2D6. On a result of 9-12, remove the stone tokens from one character. If no character has stone tokens, if the opposing player succesfully rolls a 9-12 deal Medusa 1 additional damage. Perseus's Beheading.: When Medusa is KO'd, place a Medusa's Head object in the square she last occupied. This is an Ultra Light object. Whoever is carrying this can use Poison or Incapacitate. One Arrow, To Shatter Stone : Medusa can use Ranged Combat expert with a range value of 7.

I'm more than happy with people doing as many pieces as they'd like. The goal is to have them all done and I know there isn't 113+ Heroclix custom dial makers around who would invest in this project. So take on as many as you'd like! Hades and Odysseus are yours!
(If I could offer one inkling on what I considered for Odysseus - Outwit and Perplex machine. lol)

Orpheus is yours! Do not be afraid to make dials without asking. The only reason I'd like people to claim them first is so I can keep a record of which characters dials are being worked on/are finished/ have yet to be made. But if I see a finished dial posted for a character out of nowhere I'm completely fine with that and the record will survive lol

I don't have either of those programs sadly but I'd sure love to make cards like that someday. The quality is amazing.
It would be really awesome if you could do cards for the ones we consider to be "final products" if you're up to the challenge/ have the time. I definitely think Diomedes is a final product. And the Nemean Lion I'd also consider completely done. (Let me know if you think there are any blatant changes that need to be made to them).

That's a really long dial for someone who did two things in myth -be a prisoner and fall pretty far. I wonder if the designers made the Marvel mental switch and had really meant Deadalus.

I really like this dial a lot. He's a tank as Heracles should be. I do have a couple of thoughts though.
1) Super Strength should be a trait. (Any click where Heracles doesn't have super strength just feels weird).
2) Instead of having range I think it would be more appropriate if he had giant reach. (To represent the club. This means one of his labor abilities would have to change).
3) I'd consider giving him a starting 12 atk. I'd have to see what your prime version looks like as well to really settle on this. I just feel like...this is Heracles. Like... the strongest mortal there is. It's ok if his strength dips, but at first I just feel a 12 represents him more opening click. This is just me though and if this was a Heroclix piece in my hand right now I'd be more than happy with the dial he has currently. Just a thought.
4)The labors ability is really cool. And if it can be pulled off it's even cooler. He'd become an absolute monster. My only concern is that it's not exactly an effective strategy. Especially when one of the conditions is a crit hit. That's the one I feel is based on luck TOO much. The rest seems fairly possible but not easy. (the starting zone one is really cool. it's like he's powering across the map to get to the enemies camp).
Overall I love this dial the more I look at it. Great job. I can't wait to see what you do with the Prime version!
