This card design looks amazing! I love how you stretched out the dial across the whole card. Looks really good. The extra clix really make this beasty one hell of a presence on the board. This card design would work perfectly for the other large figures in the set. (especially the gods)
Is there any way you can re-upload the image in a higher quality? I'm having a hard time reading the text even when I zoom in.

Spear (a): Spartan (a) can use Giant Reach:2 Relentless (b): Spartan (b) can use Colossal Stamina Mobile Infantry: Spartan can use Sidestep and the Carry ability. When he uses Sidestep he may carry any number of adjacent characters that share a keyword with him. Spear Toss: Spartan increases damage dealt by Ultra Light objects by 2. When he is not holding an object and clears action tokens you may give Spartan an ultra light object from outside of the game and he is now holding it.
The 300 ATA 5 points: Sparta keyword: When a friendly character using this team ability is KO'd each other friendly character using this team ability is healed of 1 damage, and if it cannot be healed remove an action token instead.
Design Insight:
I wanted to allow diversity among Spartans since there are only 2 slots in the set with the keyword (at first glance at least). The 40 point tag allows for ease of building: Leo and five with ATA comes out to 295 with room for special object (Greek history is chalk full of them so I expect to see a few once set list is complete)
Spear Spartan makes use of the ultra light objects and can generate as many as are needed since they are swarm pieces. The 8 range inherent from using them compliments the Running Shot. Perplex is the taunting on the battlefield and the other powers just make sense.
Mobile Spartan fills his duties for positioning others without being a green lantern and can easily push to death to activate Leonidas' trait. Both benefit greatly from staying near the king and the diversity between range and close combat should keep their tactics flexible enough to hold their own against monsters, titans, or other warriors.
The thought put into this design is incredible. I really like the multiple options on the single dial. It really helps diversify what can be done with the Sparta team. Fantastic job. I would have a blast playing these characters with their king.
(It's also good that you brought up special objects for the set. I didn't even consider that yet but it will have to be something added to the set list at some point.)
I had Helios start out strong - imagining him at full strength from the sun riding his chariot through the clouds - swiftly and effectively.
Since he does not seem to be a very "tough" deity, I had him become a bit weaker after being hit a little.
After a recovery, he takes power from the sun (or himself) to recharge and end the battle.
After being unsuccessful and drained, he becomes very weak and his attack stats show that.
I thought Pulse Wave was an appropriate power for attack as his four steeds can attack at the same time with a burning a penetrating strike. That's also why I added Psy/Penetrating blast.
Impervious and a high defense because he's hard to hit and let's face it - he's a god.
He may be weak at the end of his dial, but I gave him a defense spike because he's furiously trying to escape the battle.
Targeting: Ignores Characters, Elevated Terrain, and Hindering Terrain. THE RELENTLESS SUN: When Helios makes a successful attack on an opposing character, roll 2 d6. On a result of 8-12, that character is given an action token and cannot attack next turn. I BRING DARKNESS AT NIGHTFALL: Helios can use Shape Change. I SEE ALL: Helios ignores opposing characters' Energy Shield Deflection, Super Senses, and Shape Change. CHARIOT OF THE GODS: Helios can use Hypersonic Soeed, When he does and deals damage to an opposing character, place a Chariot Token on this card. Remove 1 Chariot Token and Helios can use Phasing/Teleport during his Hypersonic Speed movement. Remove 2 Chariot Tokens and Helios can use Psychic/Penetrating Blast while using Hypersonic Speed. BURNING STRIKE FROM AEOS: Helios can use Pulse Wave. When he does, lock his damage value at 2 and the target area of the attack becomes 5.
Okay, so I pushed Jason's point cost up to 105, shifted his combat numbers so that he's at his best during the Medea's Assistance clicks, and added some words to let him pass the Golden Fleece to his teammates after he dies. Here's a quote of the adjusted design:

Leader of the Argonauts: Jason can use Leadership. When building your force, characters that share a keyword with Jason possess all keywords Jason possesses. Questing for the Golden Fleece: Once per game when Jason occupies an opposing starting area, give him a double power action to place a Fleece token on his card. While he possesses the Fleece token, Jason can use Energy Shield/Deflection, and is treated as a 300 point character when using Leadership. When Jason is KO'd, you may place the Fleece token on another friendly character; that character can use Leadership as if it were 300 points and possesses Energy Shield/Deflection. The Argo: Jason can use [dolphin transport], and can carry up to four characters if they all possess the Argonaut keyword. Medea's Assistance: Jason can use Incapacitate as if he had a range value of 6. If a friendly character named Medea is on the board, after actions resolve, hit characters take damage equal to his printed damage value. Crew of Heroes: Jason can use Perplex. He can use it normally, or he can be given a power action to modify the same combat value on all characters within 4 squares that share a keyword with him.
I was going to start on Athena afterwards, but I took another look at those generic spartoi and... yeesh. Gonna have to review those next. Anybody have comment/suggestions?

I really like what you have going on here. He doesn't seem like an outrageous piece (compared to what I imagine the dials of some of the higher ranking gods will look like) I enjoy his hypersonic speed ability and the relentless sun ability.
The few small changes I would make.
- Take away Power Cosmic as a team ability and instead give him a free Gods ATA that gives the same ability. (Power cosmic is too specifically Marvel). Or you can just put the ability of power cosmic as a STAR ability).
- I think that it may be necessary to break up his point cost into multiple options. Multiple starting lines. The dial as is is great in my opinion. I'd just make it so that he may be played at 500/400/300 pts, etc.

Helios looks AWESOME! The movement SP might read better with Improved Movement vs. Phasing teleport, though.

This piece fits such a cool niche yet still seems to be able very usable on almost any team that isn't relying on theme. She's a character that does one thing very well and is really worth the points in my opinion. Great job!

If I had to ballpark where I think the point costs would be. I'd say that full dial is 500. Starting at click 6 is 400. And starting at click 10 is 300 points.
