Hijacked the Time Travelers Suit: Opposing characters within range and line of fire cannot use Probability Control. If a character cannot use Probability Control because of this power, Victorious can use Probability Control.



So does the enemy need to actually have prob for Victorious to have prob?


From my understanding, there just needs to be an opposing character within range and line of fire, correct? I mean any opposing character within range and lin of fire cannot use prob, and if someone cannot use prob because od this power he gets it.

Doesnt mean they have to actually have the power, correct?

Im pretty sure the would have to be able to use probability control from some source. However, i would imagine that would work for TTPC.

Given the similarity of this to Venompool's effect that shuts down Probability Control, which was ruled to affect Themed Team Probability Control, I would think this would also trigger from shutting off Themed Team Probability Control.

Victorious has an effect that looks for other characters that can use PC. TTPC specifically does not count for effect that look for characters that can use PC.

This definitely needs a ruling from WK's, because it causes a weird paradox. Vic is preventing the use of PC, but because of how TTPC works, his effect can't "see" it to know that it's being prevented, so he wouldn't get PC himself.
