Hello everyone! Quick rules question.

Let's say I mind control Anarchy.
I roll for my attack, he uses prob and the attack still hits. I then make an attack roll with Anarchy and miss, can Anarchy use his probability control to reroll his own attack now that he is friendly to me?

He is still the same character, and a character can only use PC once during a turn, so no.

2 follow up questions,

1.Since pc isn't an action, if a mind controlled character had access to pc, can they use it during their free action, if applicable?

2.Doesn't mind control allow for powers previously used in the turn to be reset for that action? I.e. If mind contoller A MCs figure Q and uses it to make a running shot attack when figure B MCs figure Q the same turn, it can make anot her running shot attack, correct?

1. Yes.

2. Mind Control has not reset effects for at least a year, possibly longer. Running shot, however, is a bad example since it is not limited to any "once per x".

However, if a figure said that "once per game, this character may use Running Shot as a free action" mind controlling said figure and activating that effect would stop it from using it for the rest of the game.
