Range of 7 with Psychic Blast with Running Shot that's a great Leo! I used him with the other 4 Space Turtles and Mona Lisa R and Leo and Mona tore it up from a range great pieces!
Fantastic figure for the cost. The anti-equipment trait is gonna make sure he sees a ton of mileage very soon. All the powers synergize very well and they flow down the dial. Easy 5/5.
The toes you step on today may be attached to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow...
Give the new Comissioner Gordon the Pym Particles. Have Leo carry him around. Use the FF penguin to give leo +1 range and attack. Possess to give better defense and +1 damage. Use running shot next to a wall. +1 attack. 13-5 with 8 range. All while gordon gives enemy -2 defense. Oh Yeah and he can take away your equipment. So good for 75.
No, sins are not equipped, they are assigned. This would work with special objects, possessions, and in some cases standard objects (see John Greycrow).
What should happen if the two players roll off and it is a tie? Is it strictly by the wording on the card and must be a higher roll or does Leonardo get another attempt at KO-ing the opponent's equipment?

If you control Leo and you don't roll a higher number, you lose. Equal is not higher, so you lose on an equal roll.
Crunched some numbers and looks like he should KO 44.4% of equips with his trait. (Out of 1296 possible rolls 146 are ties, 575 are wins and 575 are losses, so 575/1296= 44.4%)
And it seems like he gets to roll each time Proteus hops to a new figure.

You forgot to crunch the numbers as if I was rolling. That's probably closer to 20% win rate.......
If my roll is higher and I remove equipment from the game, do I score those points? Or does my opponent just have a team that is running under-build total? Either is great, I was just curious.
REMOVE FROM GAME
[C]When a game element is removed from the game via a game effect other than from being KO’d or destroyed, unless specified otherwise, victory points are scored for it equal to: the cost paid for it at force construction, its point value when it began the game, or the point value of the slot the element begins the game attached to. If none of these apply, you score the full value of the element as displayed on its card.
Apparently, I've been missing the boat on Scarface. I knew about the minimum range and Energy Explosions. I completely missed the Ranged Combat Expert. I will absolutely take giving this guy RCE! Stick him next to a wall and that Zero-G Ninjutsu will make him an excellent sniper.
5/21 EDIT: And now all this cosmic equipment coming out... Leonardo doesn't have a place in Modern anymore, but he's becoming increasingly useful in Golden Age. Imagine: Leonardo making the Infinity Gauntlet disappear!
