Just got me some Punisher Squad figures in the post and whipped up this 299pt Team:

Punisher of SHIELD
Daredevil AoS
Manifold w/New Warriors ATA
Punisher Squad x3

Good chance of winning map with 6 figure. Pick one with lot of hindering and keeping them within 3 squares to share the SHIELD TA. A bit flimsy though. I can see Punisher of SHIELD getting hunted down first and then the team collapses.

For a 300pt SHIELD team would you remove a Punisher Squad and Daredevil to spend 90pts on something beefier?

Make sure you have lots of elevated as well. For 60 points Maria hill can carry the gang. Plus she has leadership.

I'd remove Manifold (who does NOT have the SHIELD keyword) and add:



Sam does have the SHIELD keyword and is a pretty awesome figure for 50 points. His Leadership special power can be very effective with a bonus Enhancement or Empower and he can provide taxi services for someone on his team.

I'd recommend keeping three Punisher Squad guys on the team. Not only do the three Punisher Squad guys provide an effective wall protecting Frank Castle as he stands behind them and shoots through them, they also boost his range by +3 with the SHIELD TA, so he can engage targets out to 9 range. And one of them can take a power action to boost damage at the same time. (All while Falcon carries Daredevil in to the fight and drops him off).

New Warriors ATA for 1pt gives Manifold either SHIELD or Hydra Keyword. But that Falcon is a good alternative.

EDIT: Unless the team needs to be theme before you add that ATA. Or would the the effect be simultaneous. I miss the way ATAs used to work.

I like Iron Punisher for SHEILD these days. I don't know if you could free up the points but 12 attack with Psychic blast. You add Shield TA back up to that..could be good
