No clarification needed, she can. Free action to tk first, then power action to tk.

If you're suggesting moving herself, and then moving another piece, I see two problems with that.
1) Characters affected by TK can't use it, themselves. This rule is clearly made specifically to prevent a TK train.
2) TK moves the target 6 squares from where it was, not simply within range of the user.

She's still an amazing piece, and basically sells the FF by herself. She's just not that kind of godly.
