This seems like the first Cannonball that seems worth his points. Uncanny ATA to give sidestep will help him line up the movement special.

Errata: EXTERNAL: Once per game, STOP. Regeneration. Cannonball may use Regeneration as a DOUBLE POWER action and, if he does so, don't heal 1 less due to STOP and don’t halve the result.

This is easily my favorite Cannonball. The boost from moving plus the combo of Force Blast and Charge makes it easy to reposition the enemy if you need to. This Cannonball always pulls his weight for me
