If you dig back a little further, to Chaos War, you can pair Vision with the Ultron and her Ultron Drones from that set. Her drones can be given a move action as a free action as long as they are within 8 squares of Ultron. Vision can then move a full 8 squares plus some each turn for free.

See, this is the vision I thought would have been the movie varient. Steady numbers across the board with all the powers that make Vision...well...VISION (Though that reoccurring 9 attack is sadness). That 'super defense' of SS and Shape Change...so disgusting. 100 points for all this, and a really neat support power for Ultrons later on is pretty cool if you have the points to run him along side his 'father'. Getting free movement for being buddied up with Ultron is pretty slick as well. Even without Ultron, this figure is REALLY solid for 100 points. Makes up for my pain the movie one caused.

I love playing this guy with Ultron-6 and some Ultron-8 drones. Any drone moves and Vision can move for free (+ Sidestep means he can pop out of cover), Ultron-6 stays back and is given a power action and Vision can attack for free. That's an 8 movement through walls + psychic blast for 3 damage and he hasn't even been given a non-free action. It's what it's made for, and it's my favourite.

A prime candidate for Jocasta possession: Her dial features all of the powers he's lacking, and he'll get an attack boost for at least half the dial.

I really love this Vision, I have used him twice now and he has not disappointed. Although, the utility is really in combining him with an Ultron.. which is a downer on Avenger teams. I know you can use a spider drone and Spidey to get around that, but even then it's lame. I would have gladly traded that end dial support for perplex.

Not a big fan of this piece. He's a nice tie up with SC and SS but I want more for 100pts like move and attack.

This is not a Vision for Avengers teams, this is a Vision for Ultron teams, at which point he has free move actions which is way better than Charge or Running Shot imo
