Truth be told, I knew nothing about Toxie Doxie before beginning the set. I researched the hell out of her to make sure she was as accurate as the mechanics would allow!
I had to look her up myself, because the image looked familiar, but the code name didn't. Then I remembered that she was the villain in Kelly Sue DeConnick's closing arc of "Avengers Assemble", but Kelly never used the codename, just June Covington.
That feels like an appropriately nasty take on June. Love the variable threat she poses, both as a primary healer for her own team, or if push comes to shove, a minor threat to those who try to keep her from healing her teammates.
ASK ME ONCE I’LL ANSWER TWICE JUST WHAT I KNOW I’LL TELL BECAUSE I WANNA!
SOUND DEVICE AND LOTS OF ICE I'LL SPELL MY NAME OUT LOUD BECAUSE I WANNA!

Many thanks, No-Name! Was hoping to find a nice balance between her poison-heavy powers and her medical background C:

I recognized the image from good ol War of Heroes. My wallet is still recovering from that darn game.
Winning the game means little if it is not with the characters that I would want to win!

Ionic-Infused: FREE: at the beginning of the turn, pick or . Vantage has that until you pick again. Ionic Shields: Barrier & Running Shot. When Vantage uses Running Shot, she can only do so to use Barrier.
You have the right philosophy. It anything, I think the thing that bothers me about him is that Leadership is useless for a low point Avenger. All he can do is add an action to a team that probably doesn't need it.
But that's a problem with the game, not your design.
With the new rules he can remove a token from any adjacent character he shares a keyword with, regardless of point total. I would love a 25 pt leadership Hawkeye for an Avengers/Thunderbolts team.
Previously Captain Marvel, Captain Cold and the Outsiders of the HRS

Thanks so much for the clarification and support! If that’s the case, I’ll remove the now-unnecessary trait from Hawkeye’s dial!

Silken Tendrils: Skein can use Plasticity. Opposing characters within 2 squares and line of fire treat Skein as if she were adjacent for movement purposes. Use Your Fibers Against You: Telekinesis & Incapacitate. Skein deals an extra Action Token to opposing characters that share one or more abilities with her.
Geeeeez. Dallas Riordan is the kind of piece you're just stupid to NOT put on your Thunderbolts teams if you pull her. Her stats are low, absolutely, but she has no need to ever leave the starting area, so 15 points for Outwit that can be drawn from any friendly character is NUTS. I love it.
Roll aside, Oracle, there's a new wheelchair-bound lady in town.

Thanks, No-Name! I'm still getting caught up on Thunderbolts comics, but I'm impressed to see just how vital Dallas was to every stage of their original, pre-Ellis run. She's so present, she might as well have been a member of the team! I based this version on her Civil War-era incarnation when she was a member of the Commission of Superhuman Activities.
