Maaaaaan. I never like it when they take a deliberately silly villain and "grim 'n grit" him up to make him cool. I always feel like it misses the whole point of the character. That's a dang good dial, and I can't fault you for the terrible creative direction they took the character in for this book, but my goodness I hate it when they do that.

Yeah, definitely see what you're both saying about the costumes. I'm of two minds. Yes, the classic costumes are fun, especially when they mesh well in the world or have some minor updates for style.
I think I'm ok Grizzly's design for a few reasons.
1. Thunderbolts has almost always been the team of reinvention.
2. The redesign works within the grounded vibe of Diggle's run.
3. I think Grizzly was intended to be a serious character and Razorback a comedy character. Dunno if that's true, but I can see trying to make the character more real-world threatening--

I found Man-Killer to be one of the better side-characters in classic Thunderbolts. Hiding in plain sight as a bartender and striking up a rapport with Atlas was playful and clever, something I wish the writers would've explored just a liiiiittle bit more. Her turn in Axum's fighting league also seems like it could've been greatly expanded had the run not come to an early end.

Pym Javelins: At the beginning of your turn, pick one:
A. Amazon has Close Combat Expert.
B. Amazon has and 8 with “Amazon does damage to target square in range and destroying terrain in its line of fire. After actions resolve, Amazon uses Quake as if she occupied that space."
This guy is definitely among my T-bolt favorites. Love his redemptive arc and the hints of arrogance he displays about his homeland and his villainous past.

Whoa, damn, I'd never heard any of that. Jeez, yeah, that makes sense. Also follows why you don't tend to see fan-created characters in comics all that often...
Bummer. He was Thunderbolts' only (real) black character for many years.
Think my favorite Nighthawk appearance was in New Thunderbolts. Something about his costume and attitude makes him an easy target for Garth Ennis-style writing.
You'll notice that I've periodically resurrected forgotten mechanics for these dials. When things work, they work. I personally think that Wizkids would have a stronger game if they kept what worked and what was popular as opposed to abandoning ideas between sets.

Full Moon: At the beginning of your turn, roll a d6 once for all friendly characters with the Full Moon trait. On a result of 1-3, Nighthawk can use Quake. On a result of 4-6, Nighthawk can use Super Senses and Flurry. Wait, you used me for my money?!: Whenever Nighthawk would take damage, heal a friendly character within 5 spaces by that amount.

Shadow Warrior Training: Blades/Claws/Fangs & Super Strength. If BCF roll is less than printed damage value, use printed damage value.
:d-indomitable; Gamma Irradiated Blood:Invulnerable & Regeneration.
Let’s see here… Indeterminate epic scientist power set, but acts and dresses like High Evolutionary-lite, so…
You’ll also notice here and throughout the set that I’ve been tinkering with stat levels and trying to achieve new and interesting balances. Some of these might work. Some of them, maybe not as much.

Evolutionizer: Perplex. When he uses it on another friendly character, also give them a Standard Ability until your next turn. When he uses it on an opposing character, also counter a Standard Ability of theirs. When he uses it on himself, +1 every combat stat except Attack and pick a Movement Ability until your next turn.
I'm surprised that in a game that has Batman Family and Spider-Man Family, that there is no Hulk Family. More so than with either of those characters, Hulk Family is mostly completely literal. Yet it doesn't exist.

I think I'm okay with it for a few reasons:
- Doing this retroactively rarely works well; though they gave Sentinels a good shot.
- Most Hulks have monster and/or brute. Do they need a third generic keyword?
- Generic should apply, as a theme, to all Heroclix; gamma would only apply to Marvel characters, which doesn't make it very generic.
