Time for the third of my four Dragonball Z commissions.

This time the Cell Game Arena.

Remember I'm not a Dragonball Z fan, so I'm going off the commissioner's input and some references only. So any mistakes I make are out of pure ignorance (so go easy on me please). Input is welcome (though ultimately up to the commissioner).
