This is going to be one to watch. Lots of keywords, Underworld, hard to shoot, and you don't even mind so much missing a shot, because you get to reposition your enemies. Give him Scarface for EE and you can reposition a lot of targets. Maybe not competitive material, but it should be very easy to do some strong things with this.

I kind of hate that I love this dial. There is no way in hell that Daniel Brito deserves to be this good. The first piece to *ever* get +3 from ESD instead of +2? Really?? Fancy Dan! This character should've been marginally useful at best, but instead he deals consistent damage, is mobile his whole dial, and is insanely hard to hit, all for 50 points. As if that wasn't enough, his sculpt with that little floating mustache is just too rich to resist.
