Yeah, pretty much anyone. You don't really have to be a villain, but you must have at least some contempt for human life.

Only member that can't become Death Squad member are anyone that already holds rank here:

Zidane - already 2nd in command
Sephiroth - already Minister of Villain Affairs

As Minister of Villain Affairs, though, doesn't it mean that the squad is really under my comand? Or is that only to the villians in the squad?

About the other stuff... FFX-2 is a story that is spurred on mainly by character development. Yuna's mainly, you get to see her development as a person.

About the lack of characters and etc. Check out FFX-2:International, if you can read japanese or just like messing around. I got it last month, it features a new creature creation mode where you can obtain different characters in the game and have them join you.. and for those of you who have beaten X-2... yes this includes you know who . There's also an extra Last Mission section which is a minimum 25+ hrs of gameplay and 2 new jobs (dress-spheres).

Anyone heard any "new' news about FFVII:AC or FFXII yet?

The latest I heard on FFXII was that one of those wierd bunny females from FFTAdvance was going to be in it. Other than that and another character not much.

As for AC, um, Reno (Unknown_Riku) told me a release date but I can't remember for the life of me what it was. You could ask him and he'd let you know.

Here's a question for the clan, Just how many different Races have they created for all the different FFs? I mean like Ronso and Moogles ect...
