The conversation has shifted to Game of Thrones and how graphic the whoopee scenes are (in particular the slapping sounds). The gal at work was doing the sound effects for us. Too much. I'm a little stunned as to how much attention the sex scenes have gotten and how little attention the brutal violence has gotten. The last scene of the most recent episode was painful to watch, and it was a really bad guy on the receiving end of the violence for once. I know we're supposed to be desensitized, but I would've assumed that if that goes for one it goes for both.
