Super Spy: Black Widow can use stealth. Soviet Chair Fighting When Black Widow makes a close combat attack, she can use Willpower this turn. Red in my ledger: Black Widow can use ranged combat expert and Super Senses. When she uses Super Senses, she only succeeds on a result of a 6.
Not as crazy as the other version, but a really good value at 75 points.

Stealth Suit: If Captain America does not make an attack during your turn, Captain America can use Stealth until your next turn. When Captain America has no action tokens, he can use Improve Movement: Ignores Hindering.
Always Get Back Up[/b] When turning the dial, if this click is revealed due to damage taken from an opponent's attack, stop turning the dial. This power can't be ignored. Military Training: Captain America can use Combat Reflexes and Toughness.

Ugh. I'm irritated by the lack of the Avengers keyword on Steve Rogers and the 135 point Captain America. Especially considering all 4 Thors from the Dark World and 7 of 9 Iron Man armors plus Tony Stark got it in IM3. Of course his gal pal Black Widow is rocking it in both versions though

SPOILER FOR THOSE THAT HAVEN"T SEEN THE TRAILER
------------------------------------------------------------
If you watch the preview, it's modern day Cap in his classic outfit. In one scene he's in a museum exhibit featuring him in WWII and in another he's trashing a helicarrier in his WWII outfit. My assumption is he goes back to his roots when he becomes disillusioned with SHIELD.
Both Steve Rogers and this Cap should get it for the same reason Tony Stark and almost all his armors and the Thors have it in their solo movies.

Reading the names of the trait, special power, and the Howling Commandos keyword, this is clearly meant to be 1940's Cap.
Themed Team Probability Control:
when your force is a named theme team, it can use TTPC. TTPC allows any character on a named themed team to use Probability Control. This use of Probability Control does not count towards any other game effects that reference the use of Probability Control (such as meeting prerequisites for feats). The number of times you may use TTPC during a game is equal to the number of characters on your force at the beginning of the game, up to 1 per 100 points of the game's build total. In addition, characters using TTPC:
*Must possess the keyword that establishes the theme of the force.
*Must not have already been given a non-free action this turn.
*Must not be able to use Probability Control through another game effect.
*Must not have used Probability Control in this way ealier this turn.
*Must immediately be given an action token (this does not affect your Action Total for the turn).
It looks like generic theme will no longer have use of TTPC.

The Winter Soldier also has the Howling Commandos keyword. Is he meant to represent WWII Bucky? There have been a few characters with special power names that are lifted from Marvel vs. Capcom games as well. I wouldn't use keywords or special power names as a definitive source for placing where in time a figure is meant to represent.
Every figure in the Thor TDW and IM3 sets represented someone as they appeared in that movie and not in previous films. Neither one of us have seen the Winter Soldier yet, and I can't rule out a WWII flashback of some sort, but if there isn't one, then this piece will have to be modern Cap in his old costume as already seen in the trailers.

Love it! My monsters and animals suffer, but I feel it's for the greater good. So generics really only get the map roll bonus in modern then? Briscoe stated the rules for theme teams themselves have changed where, "generic theme teams need the same amount of figures as named teams and each theme team must have at least 2 figures on it". Is this true? Can I run two "cosmic" keyworded people in a 600 point game and they be a theme team?
