so I forgot what the decision was for green lanterns with the trait where they can have a construct. Are they allowed to get one automatically since they have the trait or will have to upgrade to one?

The Eye of the Storm somewhere in the Bleed
==================================================
Jack Hawksmoor the god of cities talks to the spirit of the city that controls the Bleed-ship. “We got some info from Cole Cash you might find interesting.”
“Cole Cash is a traitor and terrorist. I will not listen to his lies,” the spirit of the Bleedship replies.
“Oh, you’ll want to know this. It’s about your origin.”
“I was created to serve as a command center in the Daemonite Armada. I was disabled in a skirmish and crashed on your miserable planet.”
“Yeah, about that. It appears that your race was subjugated by the Daemonites in their war against the Kherubim. The resulting war wiped your species out. From what we can tell you are the last of your kind. You only think you’re a Daemonite because of the prisoner you housed for so long. Now you can slip off into the bleed if you like, or you can take this evidence,” he holds out some kind of alien storage device, “and when you see it’s the truth, help us make sure another world doesn’t suffer the fate of your kind.”
Two minutes pass and Hawksmoor remains still awaiting an answer.
“Very well Jack Hawksmoor. I will help Stormwatch protect the Earth. With one condition. If there is even a rumor of one of my kind still alive, we investigate.”
“You’ve got a deal.”

Hawksmoor heads to the bridge to confer with Angie Spica, who since her blood was replaced with 9 pts of liquid metal nanobots has been known as the Engineer. “The Eye should be a bit more cooperative now.”
“Yes, he told me about your conversation. What’s next?”
“Let’s call Apollo and Midnighter. We need to re-evaluate our mission.”
“What about Jenny?”
“Jenny’s already made her opinion known.”

“You know we don’t have to meet every time there’s a mission,” Apollo says taking a seat. “We trust Angie’s calculations . . .”
“Mostly,” quips his partner Midnighter under his breath.
“I apprecieate that,” the Engineer responds, “but that’s not what’s going on. Jack thinks it’s time to ‘re-evaluate our mission.’”
“I’m not going to be a super hero!” Midnighter says slamming a fist on the table.
“And I don’t think we should be,” Jack responds, “But look what’s happened recently. Our Earth was invaded by beings from another universe, and we did nothing to stop it. That’s the whole reason Stormwatch exists – to stop threats from outside this world, yet the Syndicate showed up and took over everything. Five years before that was Darkseid. In both cases, the superheroes stopped the threat.”
“So are you suggesting we reveal ourselves,” Apollo asks before biting into a scone.
“No,” Angie answers. “We need to be better prepared, more proactive, and recruit some more help.”
“OK, who do you have in mind?”
“First, we’re going to China. Rumors abound of a metahuman freedom fighter in Tibet. The rumors are true. Her name is Shen Li-Min. She goes by Swift. She has no connection to the Great 10, and her flight and fighting prowess could be a huge asset.”
“Let’s go meet her.”
================================================== Somewhere over Tibet
==================================================
Shen Li-Min revels in the feeling of the wind through her feathers as she soars along the updrafts in the Himalayas. She understands why the monks come to the mountains for enlightenment. The sky brings her peace. She feels as if the world’s troubles cannot touch her.
Suddenly she feels a shift in the air currents. Without turning she can read the wind and tell that another person is on an intercept course. She prays that the Great 10 has not found her. The monks told her to be careful, but she had interfered and now they were coming for her.
“Excuse me, Ms. Shen? My associates and I want to talk with you.”
$#!% she thought. They even know my name. She put on a burst of speed and began to look for thin mountain passes to try to lose her pursuer.
“Really, Miss there’s no need for that. We just want to talk.”
Yeah, right. I know what they’ll do to me if I stop. They’ll torture and kill me, or worse brainwash me into working for them.
All at once the woman known as Swift had two simultaneous thoughts. 1) the air currents shifted again and the person sped past her, but all she saw was a bright light. 2) He was speaking English.
She stopped and hovered searching for the pursuer.
“Up here.”
Coming from the direction of the sun was a god. Tall, muscular, skin glowing. She had no idea what this celestial being wanted with her.
“I am called Apollo. I work with a group of people with special abilities who try to protect the Earth from threats that the world is best not learning of. We believe you could make a difference. Are you interested?”
“Hon, uh, Yes,” she stammers remembering her English. “I would like to help. What must I do?”
“Do you need to gather anything? Say goodbye to family?”
“No. I believe this is what I was created for. I am ready.”
Apollo smiled. Pleased with her willingness and a bit amused at her naiveté. “Door,” he said. A rectangle of energy appeared in the air and the two glided in.

Apollo is a bit too yellow.. I kept having to highlight it to read.
Fantasy League Elite Team: Kingdom Come: Justice League! Heroclix Fantasy League Team: Marvel Now: S.H.I.E.L.D. HCFL Season 11 Champion! Commish for FLE, starting the next season in May! Ask me!
Ok, let me throw this here on the main thread, although I already had an answer from CapNifty, it doesn't hurt to confirm it.
I have Maximus now, so here's my doubt about the Alpha Primitives mechanic. Let's say every game I want to bring 1 Alpha in my team build and other 2 on the sideboard for Max to spawn. To do so, do I have to draft 3 Alphas during the draft? Or can Max bring his own for free?
Also, can Max use upgrades to get me more Alphas? Or can Alphas upgrade to more Alphas?
Sorry everyone - but after 2 rounds and really not following the draft at all. I'm not sure what it is - if it is just lots of stuff going on or that I'm a bit burned out, but I am going to step down and release my team so that others can draft characters like Canary and Barda if they want it.
I'll still be lurking around, but maybe dropping down to just one league for the time being is the right choice.
Cheers,
Clone

If we need to drop the faux team with the fact that someone else is leaving, that's fine by me.

I'm so sorry to see you go.
I hope things calm down in RL and we'll see you again next season.

From everything I've ever remembered, if the figures come from the ability of the figure, you don't need to have it on your team ahead of time. If you want to start the game with 2 Alpha Primitives on your force, you will have to have 2 on your team, but the 2 that Max gets via his ability spawn from wherever he gets them from.
Now, one could make an argument that those spawned from Max's ability should not be able to generate stats for the Alpha Primitive(s) on your force, but I have no real opinion on that one way or the other. I'd just go with whatever the commish tells you.

The precedent here is Strange/Astral Strange.
Dr. Strange has to have Astral Stranges in order to bring them into the game.
