Just got back from visiting my sister in DC. It's been five years since I got to go visit her, so it was an absolutely great time.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and has good plans for New Year's!

I am going back to my normal, which is going over to my friend's house, where he will cook a delicious meal, and then we will all play games. Some drinking will be involved, but not excessive. Watch the fireworks go off on the Strip, and then go home.

We went to a bunch of restaurants, played a bunch of video games, and got to go through the Smithsonian Natural History Museum, which I haven't been to in quite some time.

I also got the chance to go visit my friend's grave, who committed suicide back in 2019 and was taken back to Maryland. I left his Magic: the Gathering commander by it, since it's one of the few things I have left and he loved that dinosaur deck. It felt cathartic, but I don't think I ever want to go back. I don't like graveyards.

For New Year's Eve, I had a garage door coil spring break. Also watched the UofM Wolverines get destroyed by Georgia. Good times.

I was happy that Michigan lost, just face it, they struggle against teams whose colors are red, silver and white. At the same time, I’m not looking forward to Alabama vs Georgia 3 (the SEC can it).
