I have a copious amount of GL GF stuff coming from freinds on the road, so I'm good and will be sure to have leftovers for the other guys at our Venue as well.

Anyone here play Pathfinder? With all the Squirrel Girl discussion going on, this bit of WK news got a bit buried...

Awesome. I will just buy a few boosters than if they have any.

Spike, that news is great. I'm still reading the Pathfinder rules, but pre-painted minis are always a good thing.

Don't play it, but that is cool.

On the subject of BFC's...we don't play with them at either of our venues. They can be FAR too game changing.

On the one hand, I like BFCs because they're like a "mini-scenario".

On the other hand, I don't like them because they don't have a cost to use.

Well my day reached a new low. Managed to drop my glasses in the toilet. Hadn't used it yet, but there is no amount of soap that can wash away the shame of what I have done to it. Good thing it's summer, I'll be wearing my sunglasses a lot more now.

If they had a point cost it might be different. I don't like playing against a Batman team or Mystic team anymore than anybody else does, but you shouldn't be able to nerf it for free with a bright lights for one or disbanded for either. There's nothing quite as awful as playing with a power cosmic/quintessence team and having disbanded played on you too. You've payed like 40 points per character to have those TA's and now you're not even getting your points worth. I took down a full power anti-monitor with a time stealers team one time because of disbanded.

I dig what your saying. I don't miss having to build around BFC'S or building to not hose myself. I tend to use suff like extraordinary day or madness, as they don't nessassarally favor either player.

Those are my favorite types of BFC.

Are they HeroClix scale (mod-fodder)?

I like great arena. It can create a fast game sometimes.

I would have to say my favorite BFC is wasteland, just because I like to think of it as some post-apocalyptic game fighting over beans or something else amazing.
