I've never heard of two of those guys. How does it feel, super villains, when you aren't as well known as Dr. Alchemy?
--c'mon.

When our story opens, the Question is investigating an impossible locked-room murder mystery involving a midget and a 6'6"-tall call girl into heavy bondage. Don't worry, I'll explain later. It's all vitally relevant.

Actually, I know almost nothing about Dr Alchemy. I remember Oceanus a little bit and Warlock I only really remember the name of because of a goof up I made on one of the trivia threads ages ago involving a question about him (I was thinking of Adam Warlock) and then I saw him in B&B not to long ago.
And I may not have the right answer to this question.
Dr. Alchemy, Oceanus and the Warlock of Ys? There was also the book itself forming a creature of some sort, and Megistus had that dragon thing too.
Yep, those are the three. Oceanus only appeared once before, in Aquaman Vol. 1 #18 (the Aquaman/Teen Titans team-up in B&B #10 took place between two panels of Aquaman #18); Warlock of Ys fought Zatanna and Green Lantern during Zatanna's search for her father, later fought the JLA when Zatanna was inducted as a member, and had a comedic cameo in the JLA/JSA Thanksgiving issue of several years ago.
I really enjoyed the "Book of Destiny" story arc in B&B. One thing that bugged me was that, without his helmet, Megistus looked like Rip Taylor. I kept expecting him to turn into confetti.....

Or at least toss confetti. Kryptonite laced, of course.
