And my brother is going by Target and TRU today so I may get a few Sentinels if they have them. Then I can try Sentinel Lockdown to see how it actually does. Although, I think my current team will beat it, we'll have to see what happens when I get to playtest.

I've never cared about my post count. Should I care about it? Is there something I'm missing?

So Munchoboy brought up a good point in the LPC thread. Abin Sur from the FF pack can carry Groot around. That's gonna be a nasty combo.

yeah, I flat out asked him when I met him a week and a half ago. It seemed like a somewhat awkward and silly question to ask, but I had been using the preferred pronounciation of SHY-Rocker but had heard many people pronounce it Chee-Rocker. I had to clear it up. Never saw Kai coming. It makes sense after he explained it to me, though.

Yeah, I thought of that the other day...now if only I could wrap my head around not playing a theme team...

No, not really. I remember following one of the big outages that at least one of the more active posters was upset that his post count had dropped so sharply because of all the threads that Typhon had decided not to resurrect on the new servers.

The post count's just a number. I think I'm more bothered by the posts themselves disappearing forever. Granted, most items on messageboards aren't worth remembering for more than a few days (many not even that many seconds) but I'm as much a virtual packrat as a physical one. I delete outright junkmail, but I hold onto so much else - especially correspondence - that my current email account has well over 12,000 items in the Inbox.

I thought it might have been there. Aside from sending the friend request once he announced he was on there I haven't been back. I don't tend to hang around fb much, and even when I do I'm usually just responding to items targeted to me, following up on something or maybe reacting to what happens to come through the flow when I'm looking.

Heh. Well, I know how easy it is to just lose one's self in the flow of facebook - especially once one is linked to enough people and pages. I did that a few times early on and realized it's like going out for a walk on a treadmill. As there are no health benefits to the fb stroll I try to only go in for specific reasons, and hadn't scrolled down that far on Chi's info page.

I treat it more like fishing. Sometimes I catch something I want to comment on and other things get away.
